Leather Be Good | Leather Dog Tug Toy

What it is

Leather Be Good is a handmade leather dog tug toy, designed for interactive play, tugging and reward-based training.

Each toy is made by hand in Bristol using leather offcuts that would otherwise go to waste. The outside is soft, non-slip suede leather, with hemp webbing handles for a comfortable grip.

• Vegetable-tanned leather offcuts
• Hemp webbing handles
• Recycled cotton fibre filling

Because we use leather offcuts, each toy is slightly different in colour, grain and markings. That's part of what makes every Leather Be Good unique.

How to use it

Use Leather Be Good for:

• Tug-of-war and interactive play
• Reward-based training
• Building engagement with your dog
• Short play sessions as a reward

Let your dog grab the leather body or handles while you hold the opposite end. Keep sessions interactive and stop if your dog begins to chew or damage the toy.

Care

Leather is a natural material and will change with use.

If the toy gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally away from direct heat such as radiators.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Safety

Leather Be Good is a tug toy, not a chew toy.

Always supervise your dog when playing with the toy. Check it regularly for signs of wear or damage and remove it from your dog if any part becomes loose or damaged.

No dog toy is indestructible. Choose a toy appropriate for your dog's size and play style.
